Carts placed out no sooner than 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to scheduled service or no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of scheduled service.
Carts must be returned to storage location no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day of scheduled service.
Storage locations may include a carport, garage, side or rear of a property, approved, recessed cart bay in an alleyway or on private property.
Carts may be kept in the alleyway in approved, recessed cart bays or on private property. Meaning, if the placement of your fence or landscaping is such that allows space for your carts to be on your private property, and out of the public-right-of-way, then carts are allowed.
Commingled collections were eliminated as of October 1, 2020. Yard Waste (grass clippings, leaves, cuttings, fronds, limbs, etc.) are collected weekly. Bulk waste (furniture, mattresses, appliances, household goods) are collected monthly. These items are not to be mixed together.

If you have private property within the alleyway (i.e: your fence is set back onto your property, allowing for more of your private property in the alleyway) then you may place bulk and yard debris on that property. However, if your fence or landscaping goes right up to the alley pavement, you may not place materials in the public right-of-way. The alley public-right-of-way must remain clear.
Materials placed out earlier than collection schedule will be assessed a removal fee, if not removed within 24 hours of first notice of violation. If, after 24 hours, the materials are still there a crew will come to remove the materials and the property owner will be charged the cost of removal and a $200 administrative service charge fee.
Individual property owners are responsible for keeping their landscaping trimmed to prevent it from overflowing into the alleyway which then prevents clean passage.
