I received a violation. What does it mean?

Materials placed out earlier than collection schedule will be assessed a removal fee, if not removed within 24 hours of first notice of violation. If, after 24 hours, the materials are still there a crew will come to remove the materials and the property owner will be charged the cost of removal and a $200 administrative service charge fee.
