Field Data Collections Crews at Work for North Beach Utilities Underground Conversion Project

The City has hired Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as consultants for the design of the North Beach Utilities Underground Conversion Project. Residents in the North Beach neighborhood should be aware that crews from Kimley-Horn are performing field data collections in the area of A1A and Surf Road from Balboa Street to Franklin Street and in two additional sections at Douglas Street and Freedom Street over the next several weeks. Crews will be inspecting meters and service entrances and taking photos and measurements to be used in the project design.
