[ARCHIVED] City Launching New Recycling Incentive Program

New Recycling Rewards Program

The City of Hollywood, in partnership with sanitation collection provider WastePro USA, is proud to announce a new partnership in the WastePro Rewards Recycling Incentive Program. Beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2020, the City’s recycling incentive program will transition from RecyclingPerks to the new WastePro Rewards Program.

With WastePro Rewards, registered participants will earn points for their weekly recycling efforts, which can then be redeemed at participating area restaurants, retail establishments, hotels, spas and more. To view participating businesses and to register your account, please visit the WastePro Rewards website https://wasteprorewards.com/activate/ and select “Hollywood” under the drop down menu. Customers must register with this new program to take advantage of this incentive.

Residents who currently have RecyclingPerks Reward Points are encouraged to redeem them by March 31, 2020. Any unused point totals will be honored by the new WastePro Rewards Program, however reward options may vary. The RecyclingPerks Hollywood Facebook page will cease operations upon transition to the new program.

For more information on the new WastePro Rewards Program, please contact Stacy Morin, City of Hollywood Recycling Coordinator at 954.967.4526 ext. 5515 or via email at smorin@hollywoodfl.org or Jennifer Goyette at 888.234.8211 or via email at Jennifer@rewardsforrecycling.com
