[ARCHIVED] New Development Services Customer Care Phone Service

Give us a call

Development Services will offer a new Customer Care Phone Service beginning on Monday, September 10th for customers calling Planning, Community Development and Architecture and Engineering. The Building Division will begin offering the new service beginning on Monday, September 17th.

Customers will have an enhanced experience when calling the main line for each of the divisions listed. Customer benefits planned will include automated customer options to connect more quickly to the party you need to speak to, an automated callback feature and the ability to reach a live customer service representative. Behind the scenes, the system will allow for analysis of call volumes. That data will then be analyzed and used to modify operations to improve the overall customer experience.

Tweaks to the system will continue even after launch in an effort to fully optimize the technology. While internal training continues, we ask for the customer's patience during this roll out and adjustment period. The Development Services phone number remains the same at 954.921. 3471.
