The Utility Billing Payment System will be taken offline on Thursday, March 29th at 5:00 p.m. for necessary maintenance. During this period, access to your utility account will be limited. Customers will be able to view their account online, however the online option to pay, as well as the Pay-By-Phone option will be unavailable. Public Utilities expects to have the system operational by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 1st. During this maintenance period customers may pay utility bills in person by utilizing the 24 hour payment drop box located on the north side of City Hall in the drive through lane. City Hall is located at 2600 Hollywood Boulevard. All drop box payments must be by check or money order. Public Utilities apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
