The Utility Billing online and Pay-By-Phone system are currently unavailable to accept payments. The system is offline temporarily for maintenance. Customers will be unable to view utility account information or pay their utility bill online or via the Pay-By-Phone system. You may pay your bill in person at the Cashiers Office, City Hall, Room 103 , 2600 Hollywood Boulevard or at the Drive-thru window on the north side of building during regular business hours which are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Customers may also pay by utilizing the "after hours" drop box which is located at the north side of City Hall 2600 Hollywood Blvd. next to the "drive thru" window. Utility Billing apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
