[ARCHIVED] Utility Billing Payment System will be temporary unavailable beginning on Friday, September 30th

Pay Your Utility Bill

The Utility Billing Payment System will be taken offline on Friday, September 30th at 4:00 p.m. for necessary maintenance. The online option to view and/or pay your utility bill, as well as the Pay-By-Phone option will be unavailable during the maintenance time. Public Utilities expects to have the system operational by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3rd.

You will be able to pay your bill in person by coming to City Hall. City Hall cashiers are available to accept payments during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please bring your bill with you.

For your convenience the City also accepts payments at the drive through cashier window from 7:30 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. Monday through Friday. A 24 hour payment drop box is also located on the north side of City Hall in the drive through lane. All drop box payments must be by check or money order. All cash and credit card payments must be made in person or via the drive through lane during normal business hours.

Public Utilities apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
