The City of Hollywood has installed an electronic parking guidance system that notifies motorists at the garage to the location and amount of available parking spaces. The system provides real time information on the exact availability of parking spaces within the garage. The online counter helps those who are driving to Hollywood Beach.
Each floor in the garage has a counter that alerts drivers as to how many available spaces are on the floors above.
The goal of this system is to facilitate parking, eliminate stacking on A1A and Connecticut Street, and reduce vehicle emissions.
