Correction on Recycling and Garbage Collection Schedule in New Horizons City Magazine
In the recent issue of the City's New Horizons quarterly magazine, there is an error in the information on page 26 that provides the City of Hollywood's Garbage, Recycling and Commingled Material Collection Schedule.
The incorrect day for Recycling & Garbage collection is listed for the map area highlighted in yellow which includes the Emerald Hills, Oakwood Hills, Hollywood Hills and Park East neighborhoods. The correct collection schedule for this area is:
Tuesday - Commingled & Garbage
Friday - Recycling & Garbage
There have been no changes in the collection schedule for the City. We apologize for the error.
Please note: there are no collections on Christmas day, December 25. The normal collection schedule for Garbage, Recycling and Commingled Material resumes the day after Christmas.
