Construction is scheduled to begin on September 12th along Liberty Street between North Park Road and North 31st Road, as well as on a section of North 31st Road just south of Liberty Street. This construction project includes storm drain upgrades, swale restoration, milling and resurfacing of the existing road, new pavement markings, and sidewalk replacement within the project
boundaries. The work is scheduled to take place through March 2023.
Access to private property will be maintained, however driveway access will be limited following a concrete pour to allow for the concrete to cure. In order to accommodate the inconvenience, temporary parking in the swale area adjacent to private property will be allowed while driveway access is temporarily closed. Closures are not expected to last longer than 48 hours.
