The City of Hollywood will be conducting a Regular City Commission Meeting on Wednesday, March 16th at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd Room 219. The City Commission Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., with Citizens’ Comments scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Larger than normal attendance is anticipated for the 10:15 a.m. time certain item. The following procedure will allow for safe social distancing inside City Hall, and ensure all who wish to speak receive the opportunity to do so.
By direction of the City Commission, individuals who registered to speak on Item 17 at the February 2nd Regular City Commission Meeting, but left before providing their public comment, will be given the opportunity to speak first during the public comment portion of the item at this meeting. They will be followed by all other registered speakers. Any person wishing to speak or attend in-person without speaking must complete a card from the City Clerk. Comment cards will be accepted by the City Clerk at City Hall beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16th. The cut off for submitting cards for the 10:15 a.m. time certain item will be extended by 25 minutes until 10:45 a.m.
Citizens' Comments is an open forum where any person can speak on issues that do not specifically appear on the meeting agenda. Citizens’ Comments is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The City Clerk will accept speaker’s cards from 4:30 p.m. to 5:05 p.m. While this item is scheduled for no sooner than 5:00 p.m., it may be taken up at a time after 5:00 p.m.
