Candidates will run a 500 meter stretch of beach parallel to the ocean. They will then enter the water, swim around a buoy 15 yards off shore and swim parallel to shore 500 meters (in the opposite direction of which they ran) back to the starting line, where they will turn another buoy and head to shore. A 15 yard run up the beach (funnel finish) will end the test.
Passing time is 11 minutes.
