Biography

Commissioner Adam Gruber has been an active part of the Hollywood community since 1978, when he and his family moved from Montreal. He graduated from Hollywood Hills High School in 1992 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree in Athletic Administration from Lynn University. 

Commissioner Gruber is focused on improving quality of life, increasing property values, improving district parks, maintaining green space and implementing traffic calming strategies on major thoroughfares. Since 2013, Vice Mayor Gruber has maintained the position of Executive Director at Radius Resource Group, LLC – a security company specializing in executive protection and retail store security. Adam is the proud father of three children, Hadara, Atalia and Micha. During his free time he enjoys surfing, cooking, attending sporting events and spending time with friends and family.
