QLess allows citizens to spend less time in line so they can complete their business quickly and efficiently.

You can enter the virtual queues from any mobile phone, by computer or kiosks here at City Hall on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You will be notified via text or voice message as your turn for service approaches.
