2. This form shall be used to submit the request and processing fee for a Zoning Verification Letter. There is a $355.00 non-refundable fee for a Zoning Verification letter.  The request will not be processed until payment has been received. It typically takes two to three weeks to complete the requested letter.

   Zoning Verification letters are informational in nature and should not be interpreted as either support for or opposition to any referenced development.
