The Senior Affordable Housing Project - Pinnacle at Peacefield is on schedule to open this spring in downtown Hollywood. The property managers are now accepting applications at their temporary leasing office, 2640 Hollywood Boulevard, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pinnacle at Peacefield, the result of a strategic partnership between Pinnacle and the City of Hollywood, offers state-of-art living, with superior energy efficiency and quality amenities such as a fitness center, cyber lounge and more. Modern one or two bedroom residence are available now on a first come, first served basis. Age and income restrictions apply.
