June 2019 marks the beginning of the City of Hollywood’s mission to develop a new Strategic Plan that will establish goals for the City, set a work schedule, and include ways to measure success. The Mayor, Vice Mayor and City Commissioners along with the City management team have already hit the ground running and have developed ideas for the City’s new Mission, Vision and Core Values statements which will form the foundation for the new Strategic Plan.
