The City of Hollywood, Florida will be conducting a Regular City Commission meeting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd Room 219. Please note, as a result of the reduced COVID positivity rate in Broward County, full public access to City Hall and other City facilities will be restored on Monday, October 18, 2021.

For the October 20th Regular City Commission Meeting the public may provide comments on Agenda Items in-person or virtually. For meetings after October 20th, the City will return to in-person only comments with no registration required:
- In-person comments during the meeting: Participants are asked to pre-register their attendance in an effort to plan for safe social distancing inside the Commission Chambers. Pre-registration is recommended, not required. Register your attendance here.
- Virtual comments during the meeting: Participants are required to pre-register to provide comments virtually via the Cisco Webex Online Meeting Application. Register your attendance to provide a comment virtually here.
The opportunity for public comments is available on all agenda items to be voted on by the Commission and under Citizen Comments. The opportunity for public comments is not available on Proclamations and Presentations. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person and time cannot be transferred. Registrations to participate in the meeting virtually must be received by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, prior to the City Commission Meeting.
In-person Attendance:
Facial coverings are recommended for visitors and required for staff while inside City Hall. Following a temperature check upon entering City Hall, staff will direct the public to the designated seating area for the meeting. Once the meeting begins and maximum indoor capacity is reached, no other members of the public will be allowed in the designated seating area. The City Clerk will call out the names of those wishing to address the City Commission in-person. When finished, speakers should exit City Hall unless commenting on multiple items. Those making multiple comments may return to the designated seating area and wait for their name to be called again.
Virtual Attendance:
Participants must pre-register to receive the Cisco Webex meeting link in order to join the meeting virtually. Registered attendees will receive the link to join the meeting via the email they provide during the registration process. Virtual participants must be able to join the meeting from an internet connected device with a web camera and microphone such as a personal computer, smart phone, or tablet.
