Connect with your Hollywood!

Hollywood Connect is the City's new customer service platform that allows residents and visitors to quickly and easily report non-emergency concerns directly to City Hall. Users can report concerns to the City using the online portal below or via the mobile app or by email

Users can create an account to track the status of the service request and other requests of the same type in a certain area, receive updates on the request and more. Users may also report (most) concerns anonymously.*

The Hollywood Connect app allows mobile device users to report a concern in real-time, on the spot, as they see it. 

Hollywood Connect is another tool the City of Hollywood offers to empower residents to become the eyes and ears of the community and help make Hollywood a better place to live. Whether you live here, work here or play here, this easy-to-use app allows you to submit service requests for code violations*, potholes, streetlight outages, unsafe conditions and more directly from your mobile device. Service requests are routed to the appropriate department for attention and will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and users will be notified when the issue is resolved. If enabled, the mobile device GPS and location services on your mobile device will help pinpoint the service issue location – or you may enter the location yourself. The app also provides for language translation.

Report Issues with Short-Term/Vacation Rental Properties

Struggling with a problem vacation rental that is licensed to operate in your neighborhood? We are here to help with two new tools to combat problem short-term and vacation rental properties. Whether it is a loud party, concerns with parking or trash, you can report it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to a live operator via a dedicated customer service telephone phone number, or via a real-time website. Hollywood Connect is a non-emergency service that is monitored during normal business hours. In the case of police, fire, safety or medical emergencies, please call 911.

To report an issue online, click on the Create link below. Select the appropriate Request Type and complete the necessary fields. You may attach photos and video, if necessary.

To receive status updates and view all your reported issues and similar issues in the area, please create an account. Most concerns may also be reported anonymously.*

*In accordance with Florida Statutes 162.21(3)(b), certain code compliance complaints now require the complainant to submit their name and address for the record in order for the complaint to be investigated. 

*By submitting your e-mail you are allowing the City of Hollywood to keep you informed about the status of your request. You're also allowing your e-mail to be entered into the City of Hollywood's alert notification system. This will allow you to receive alerts on helpful City news and information. You can opt out of this service at any time. If you only supply a phone number, you will be contacted by phone once your request has been resolved. If you do not supply any contact information, you will not be notified of the status of your request or when your concern has been resolved.
