Sunshine Board
In accordance with the Florida Sunshine Law, the City of Hollywood Office of the City Clerk posts schedules, agendas and additional information on upcoming City Commission Meetings, as well as Board and Committee Meetings for public view on the “Sunshine Board.” The Sunshine Board is typically located inside City Hall on the second floor lobby, near the City Clerk’s office. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sunshine Board has been temporarily relocated just outside the south entrance of City Hall.

Annual Operating Budget
Hollywood's Annual Operating Budget contains information on the City's organizational structure, demographics, revenue sources, property tax rates and assessed values, agency grant allocations and budgeted expenses by each City Department. The annual budget covers the City's fiscal year (Oct. 1-Sept. 30).
The "In Brief" links provide highlights of the corresponding fiscal year's adopted budget including tables showing budgeted revenues and expenditures for each fund. The City's Budget Division ceased creating "In Brief" documentation after 2013.

City Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan encompasses the City of Hollywood’s vision to become “South Florida’s top city to live, learn, work, invest, and play.” As one of the many municipal governments in South Florida, the City Commission and Administration recognize that this is a bold vision, but are committed to doing our best to realize it. That is why the City established a purpose and mission within the Strategic Plan to provide “a thriving community where quality living is available to all.” We have developed this Strategic Plan to help move the City of Hollywood toward a brighter future.
This Plan sets the direction and foundation for the work the City will undertake. The primary purpose of this document is to align all relevant municipal activities toward Mission and Vision achievement and to assist our city’s leadership in making calculated decisions while managing our resources.

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact the City by phone or in writing.It is the policy of the State of Florida that all state records are open for public inspection. This policy is embodied in the Florida Constitution, together with the right of an individual to be free from unauthorized governmental intrusion into their private life, as provided in Article 1, Section 23. In recognition of these policies, the City has established this Privacy Policy. Lobbyists
